- 250 gm Sugar. (I used brown sugar)
- 250 ml Yogurt. (I used natural yogurt)

Heat oil in a Kadai, add cumin seeds, then onion, garlic, and ginger stir fry until the onion is golden brown color.
2nd Step: Marinate
Add salt to taste, mix half of the marinade to it, and keep the remaining half aside for later use. Mix it well.
