  • 1 tbsp Shallots

  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Salt

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Sake

Liquids

  • 2 tbsp Water, Hot
